My name is Patrick Dang. My wife, Moira and I met Louise Hendriks in early 2014 and who would have thought that from starting as a prospective realtor, Louise would end up being such a dear friend and special person in our lives.

Having had minimal success with the sale of our home, we were on the verge of removing it from the market completely and it was at this point that we received a surprise visitor early one Sunday morning. There she was, Louise Hendriks, with her positive and warm but yet professional demeanor that we soon learned was who Louise is, and not just a ploy to get us to sign with her.

From day one Louise was knowledgeable, prepared and professional while at the same time being approachable, down to earth and caring. Her positive approach and extensive knowledge of the property market inspired us. After further research we decided to take a another shot at it and decided to list with Louise.

The unique part about Louise’s approach was that she explained in detail how she would go about listing and marketing our property and then followed through with everything that she promised. From social media promotions and awareness, to community billboards, to inner circle events with select buyers, to print advertising and many other marketing strategies. We can say without hesitation that Louise went above and beyond to bring buyers and awareness to our property.

Louise came prepared as she toured our house, gave us her professional opinion on the property, including recent property sales and pricing. She gave us advice on how to ensure that our home was “show ready” and even recommended contractors for minor repairs to make sure that our home showed as positively as possible.

Louise is obviously an experienced and savvy realtor but what makes her special is that she is not a realtor eager to “just make the sale”, she is determined to make the right sale and to get the best deal for her client. Her determination and negotiating skills shone through when she assisted us in the sale of our home in Anmore, followed by our second property in Port Moody and ultimately, in the purchase of our new home.

Partnering with Louise has been a gratifying experience as a client/realtor experience but more than that, we are grateful to have met someone that is caring, genuine and a good person at heart.

Needless to say we will be calling upon Louise when we are ready to make our next property acquisition. We have and will continue to recommend Louise to all our family and friends.
